I switched 'earnestly attempt to interfere...' and 'malevolently harm their relationships...' for 'Can I be annoying' and 'Can I be evil' because I am lazy.

I. SHIGURE

Powers: Turns into a dog when weak or when hugged by a female. He has good senses of smell and hearing aaand he has an affinity with dogs, he can understand them and they can understand him. That's about it.
Possible Pings: He has two souls, his and the first dog's. Also, he pings puppies.
So, how evil?: He can be a selfish asshole, but he's not really evil.
Perceptive Powers: He's very good at reading people, but he needs to know them or talk to them for a certain amount of time before going "OH THIS DUDE'S AN ASS."
Can I mess with them/read their mind?: YES /o/ Though I'd like a heads up before your vharacter brings up the curse.
Can I kill them?: Noooooo, Shigure is not a fighter. But violence is cool, we can just stage an intervention.
Can I shapeshift/body hijack/steal their powers?: Talk to me, mostly yes o/
Can I be annoying?: YEAH 8D
Can I be evil?: TALK TO ME.
Meta Powers: He has some, MINIMUM. Mostly due to exposure to Johji and Fuura.
Anything else?: HE HAS A HUGE MAFIA. So damage control would be difficult if anything horrible happened, but we can talk and stuff.

II. SPIKE

Powers: VAMPIRE! Heightened senses, superhuman strength and agility, very good at one on one fighting. STILL WAY LOW ON THE CAMP POWER SCALE.
Possible Pings: Evil soulless vampire. In Buffy-verse vampires are demons, so demon pings, vampire pings, bad bleach jobs pings.
So, how evil?: V. evil. Or so he likes to think. He's a murderer and cool with being one, but he's still capable of feeling feelings.
Perceptive Powers: Good at reading people, like. He'll be able to tell you super happy character is almost suicidal, even if he doesn't look it. But he'd have to have talked with them a couple of times. He can also tell if someone's bleeding and track people by scent. Creep.
Can I mess with them/read their mind?: YES \o/ you don't even have to ask, Spike is my "ABUSE HIM HARD" character. Though he'll retaliate.
Can I kill them?: Again yes, keeping in mind he'll want to kill you back and might threaten your loved ones.
Can I shapeshift/body hijack/steal their powers?: YES /o/
Can I be annoying?: YES \o\
Can I be evil?: YES \o/
Meta Powers: Has none, but it super used to Fuura.
Anything else?: :E

III. PETER

Powers: FFFFFFFF in addition, he sometimes picks up powers from the people he meets, but this is only temporary because otherwise I would've gone insane by now.
Possible Pings: Evolved human \o/ he doesn't actually give out any superhuman pings, because his powers are product of natural evolution.
So, how evil?: Peter is a Jesus. He wants to help!1!
Perceptive Powers: Other than mind-reading, absolutley none. Really, he'd go into your white van.
Can I mess with them/read their mind?: Yes! Mind reading might cause mutual headaches, though.
Can I kill them?: NOT FOR GOOD. But you can stab him and such, he gets better.
Can I shapeshift/body hijack/steal their powers?: Talk to me! It might not work.
Can I be annoying?: YES /o/
Can I be evil?: YES \o\

IV. ALESSANDRO

Powers: Absolutely none.

V. HUGHES

Powers: No superhuman powers, but he's very skilled at shooting and with knives and is generally badass.
Possible Pings: Death soldier who loves his family very much.
So, how evil?: Not evil at all, though he's killed people.
Perceptive Powers: He's very good at reading body language and reacting accordingly.
Can I mess with them/read their mind?: Yes /o/
Can I kill them?: ~~No because Roy would go crazy and kill you over and over.~~ ETA: APPARENTLY ROY WANTS TO GO CRAZY. So go for it, just poke me first.
Can I shapeshift/body hijack/steal their powers?: Yes! But please talk to me.
Can I be annoying?: Yes /o/
Can I be evil?: DIE IN A FIRE ENVY. Also yes :(

Powers: UNICORN
Possible Pings: EVIL, genetically altered, uh. Summoner, DARK SOUL, stupidly powerful, doctor :DD! IF YOUR CHARACTER GETS PINGED it is very likely Muraki will ping them one way or another.
So, how evil?: Crazy sociopath evil.
Perceptive Powers: He can tell if someone's not human, though he can't point out exactly what they are. Buut he can totally tell when someone's a shinigami. Also he's a good doctor and can tell if you're a trap or hiding injuries or whatever.
Can I mess with them/read their mind?: You can try! :)
Can I kill them?: Taaalk to me.
Can I shapeshift/body hijack/steal their powers?: Keep talking to me sob.
Can I be annoying?: Yes \o/
Can I be evil?: Yesss /o/
Meta Powers: None.
Anything else?: OKAY. Muraki has been keeping his abilities and evilness quietly, I WANNA KEEP IT THAT WAY because otherwise playing him would become increasingly difficult, so please poke me before your character calls him on anything.

VIII. FON

Powers: Fast healing, perfect memory, super-human hearing, extremely good reflexes, also he apparently can survive for a while without food.
Possible Pings: [SPOILERS]Fon is a man-made human, he is genetically perfect and has a program to fulfill. Yay.[/SPOILERS] So, genetic stuff, split peronality and also pretty eyes.
So, how evil?: He's a perfectly nice kid! But he has a sort of evil personality that's bent on revenge.
Perceptive Powers: Nothing super human, though he's sometimes a good judge of character.
Can I mess with them/read their mind?: Yes o/
Can I kill them?: No D: he's already died once and it messed him up, so I don't want him dying again.

He liked to think that if the circumstances were different he wouldn't be so compliant. And it was true, but not by much. He would have tried harder, maybe, but then it was obvious the good Colonel knew what he was doing, and even though he would never admit, being dominated was a turn on in itself.

He was easy to strip - an advantage of wearing Japanese clothing - and he didn't even bother trying to take off Mustang's uniform, but he did voice a complaint. It was simply not fair only he was naked. So with a quiet grunt and an annoyed look, he stopped to strip.

There was a sharp pain on his chest before Mustang was halfway out of his shirt. He winced, muttering a curse under his breath. And then there was a still gloved hand on his cock and a deep voice against his neck.

"Breathe." He did. Roy Mustang was easy to obey, another reason why this was going so smoothly.

"Fucking place." The pain was gone as soon as it came. "So much for a good show." He tried to sound steady but Mustang's hand was still on his cock. "Please don't set my dick on fire, Colonel."

Mustang chuckled and Shigure opened his eyes just in time to see him taking the glove off with his teeth. He was being careful now, always touching him.

"Afraid I'll turn into a dog?"

Not much was said after that. Mustang didn't need to speak for Shigure to understand what he wanted. A hand on his hip and a push, and he knew he was supposed to roll over. The Colonel was gentler than he expected, as if he knew Shigure wasn't as calm as he pretended to be.

"Relax, Shigure" he breathed, and it was as much a command as it was a reassurance.

Shigure had never heard someone sound so collected while having sex. He met Mustang's thrusts until he couldn't anymore, and he came as soon as Roy reached around him to fist a hand around his cock.

He climaxed after Shigure -a pride thing, the sturdier one should last longer- and gave himself a few minutes to relax against the headboard.

"You're good Colonel." Shigure commented, sitting up. He took note of Roy's scars as he did. It was hard to believe the soldier beside him was his age.

Mustang laughed, and Shigure thought it'd be a good idea to start making normal friends.
